Aseptic VARO Horizontal Process Tank (HPT)
The VARO/DCI batch processing equipment is also available in an aseptic version. This system pasteurizes the product after finished cooking and gentle mixing in order to increase the natural product durability. Suitable for less sugary foods like fruit for the dairy and baking industries.
