Project Overview

CPS was awarded a contract to design and construct two precision liquid blending trains that are designed for ease of cleaning and sterilization. Precipitation occurs when the liquids are combined in specialized vessels within a glove box. The project incorporates conventional CIP and steam sterilization of the skid, as well as vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) for the glove box area.

The precipitation pharmaceutical skid is comprised of the following;

  • Automatic CIP & SIP
  • Automatic filter integrity testing
  • 21 CFR Part 11 batch reports
  • Mass flow based blending
  • ASME BPE compliant
  • Fabricated in 8 weeks due to client scheduling demands
