Project Overview
A manufacturer wanted to integrate several new flexible and portable independent pieces of equipment with the site automation system to cover all aspects Blending, Filling, Dispensing, Recipe Management, Inspection/Quality Control, Scales. The equipment was connected to the Emerson Delta V system via a CPS designed and built a 900 MGHZ wireless process network. The wireless process network was connected to the portable equipment via Modbus, Profibus, Serial ASCII, Ethernet and traditional IO.
